KokiHQThis policy explains how KokiHQ ("we", "us", "Koki") handles information when you visit kokihq.com or talk to us about our services. KokiHQ is based in Georgia, United States.
What we collect
- Nothing you type in on this site. kokihq.com has no forms, accounts or sign-ups.
- If you email us at ops@kokihq.com, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to send, and we use them only to reply and to provide any service you ask for. We keep emails for up to 12 months after our last conversation, then delete them unless you've become a client (client records are kept for as long as we work together and as the law requires).
- Technical information. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare automatically processes basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
Cookies and tracking
We don't set advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't use tracking pixels. Our host may use strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site. We don't sell or share your information for advertising.
Launch Studio sample homepages
If you run a local business, we may prepare a free sample homepage to show you what a new site could look like. To do that we use only information your business has already made public, such as its name, address, phone number, hours, services, public photos and public customer reviews. We show reviewers by first name and last initial only.
- Sample pages are private: they're shared only by direct link, marked as samples, and hidden from search engines.
- We delete sample pages within 30 days unless you choose to work with us.
- If you'd like your sample removed sooner, or don't want us to contact you again, email ops@kokihq.com and we'll do it promptly.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to our social accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Threads, X). Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we don't control what they collect.
Children's privacy
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email ops@kokihq.com and we'll delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing ops@kokihq.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, and we'll honour applicable requests.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
